Shipping policy
Processing time Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–5 business days. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Estimated delivery times Delivery times vary depending on your location and are estimates only:
- United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
- Europe: 10–20 business days
- United States & Canada: 10–20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–25 business days
- Rest of world: 15–30 business days
These timeframes begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
Tracking Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 2–5 business days after dispatch for tracking to update.
Customs & import duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
Delays Occasionally, orders may be delayed due to customs processing, carrier issues, or high demand periods. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at tomoshunter08@gmail.com and we'll look into it for you.
Order issues If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and photos where applicable. We'll work with our fulfilment partner to resolve it as quickly as possible.
